Russ Bolinger, President
I was fortunate to grow up in Arizona. I learned the importance of integrity, loyalty and community. My family and I have deep roots in the State of Arizona going back several generations.
I began my career with a local homebuilder. While working as a Superintendent, I saw there was a need in the lighting industry for a company that was as committed to customer service as it was providing quality lighting products. Aztec Lighting was born in 1986 with this philosophy in mind. I believe the best advertising is the well taken care of and satisfied customer that tells someone else about their positive experience with Aztec Lighting.

Kristy Grogan, General Manager
I have been working at Aztec Lighting since the company started in 1986. As the company has grown I have had the opportunity to do a wide variety of jobs as the needs arose from warehouse to front office. Currently I do all the accounting and payroll as well as some office support. It has been a joy to watch the company grow into a major lighting supplier for the Arizona housing market & beyond!
Dave Holtz, Field General Superintendent
I have been working at Aztec Lighting for 22 years. I am currently the field general superintendent. My role as the field superintendent is to conduct weekly safety meetings & quality control audits. I oversee custom home, design center, model home & sales center installations. I am also our resident Tech Lighting & Plug Molding installer. If you need it installed, I can do it. Jeannie Wills, Executive Assistant/Office Manager
I joined Aztec Lighting in 2004 as the executive assistant to the president. My role over the years has increased to include many aspects of the business including office manager, customer service representative & starts coordinator for several of the homebuilding customers we serve. My goal is to provide the best service available to Aztec Lighting's customers and to make Aztec Lighting an environment our employees enjoy. In my off time I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 boys & 3 beautiful granddaughters!
Mike Bertocchi, Sales
I have been a part of the Aztec Lighting Sales team for 14+ years. I think my role at Aztec Lighting is to provide our customers with the best information possible to help them make informed & intelligent decisions concerning their lighting needs.
Melissa Hinton, Sales
I have been a member of the Aztec Lighting Sales team for 3 years. I am an ALA certified lighting specialist. I have been active in the lighting industry for over 15 years and know the products inside & out. I have the opportunity to work with Home Builders, Designers & Homeowners to select lighting fixtures, systems & fans that fit the function & design needed for each space.
Scott Jones, Purchasing Manager
I began working for Aztec Lighting in 1999. Along the way I have held various positions, including pulling orders, deliveries & warehouse manager. I am currently the purchasing manager. I make sure we have the inventory we need for our customers!
Cristle Siegle, Scheduler & Billing
I have been a member of the Aztec Lighting team for 10 years. My role is to schedule houses for installation (via website, e-mail, phone and/or fax), prepare the necessary paperwork for the warehouse & installers and then bill accordingly once product has been installed. I enjoy what I do very much. It has truly been a pleasure to call Aztec Lighting my home for the last 10 years!
Jennifer Schroeder, Customer Service/Warranty Coordinator
I started working for Aztec Lighting when I was 19 years old. After 10 years I decided to take a different path and 5 years later I returned. My current position is customer service and warranty. I have worked in just about every position possible at Aztec from options, scheduling to installations. This is such an amazing company to work for.
Ashley Weed, Special Projects
I have been a member of the Aztec Lighting team on and off for 15+ years. I have worked at Aztec through high school, college & now am a fulltime member of the team. My role at Aztec Lighting is to handle all of our online marketing via newsletters, Facebook & Pinterest. I maintain our website & process all online sales. I look forward to my future with Aztec Lighting!
